Woman killed in shooting identified
The San Bernardino County coroner's office identified the woman who died early Thursday after being shot by a high-caliber rifle in a Fontana apartment.
Fontana police detectives say they believe that Jillian Michelle White, 27, of Georgia, was shot to death by her boyfriend, Louis Jeffrey Moore Jr., 42, of Fontana.
Moore was arrested Thursday afternoon in Riverside. He is being held without bail on suspicion of murder at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga.
Moore is scheduled to appear at 7 a.m. Monday in San Bernardino County Superior Court in Fontana.
