Amos married Susannah Hughes on December 28, 1842. Susannah must have died before 1850 as Amos can be found in the census record without a spouse. He then married Harriet Denison before 1860, but no marriage record has been found. It does not appear that Amos fathered any children who lived beyond childhood.
No genealogy record has been located stating Amos was the son of Ebenezer. Two sons, Salomon and Stillman, have been connected with Ebenezer, and they also lived in Boone Township. Given this information, plus Ebenezer's stone being next to that of Amos, I believe it is a reasonable conclusion that they are father and son.
