Obituary Notice:
Mrs Warren Dempster, aged 29 years, was stricken some six months ago with that dread disease, consumption. The fatal effect of the destroyer became more apparent as cold weather came on, when she began to fail rapidly. A few weeks ago she was moved to Midland, but only to die. She was brought back here for burial, and on Wednesday afternoon, not withstanding the inclemency of the weather, a number of friends and relatives gathered to pay their last respects to the deceased, who was well known and well liked by them. Elder Jasper Harris, of the S.D.A. church, spoke words of sympathy and consolations to the bereaved friends from Isa 33:17. Mrs Demster died in full assurance of a blessed immoritaity, and this was a great source of comfort to her friends. She was interred in the Edenville Cemetery to sleep until the resurrection morn. She leaves a husband, two little girls, one six years and the other an infant of five months, an aged mother, a brother and three sisters and a large circle of friends to mourn her untimely death. Mr. Charles Bowman and wife, of Loomis attended the funeral of his sister, Mrs Demster, last Wednesday. Since then they have been visting friends in this place. They returned home this morning.
