MRS. JENNIE LYON
Mrs. Jennie Jones Lyon, 87, of 500 Sykes Ave. died Tuesday at The Evergreens.
Cryptside service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Guilford Memorial Park Mausoleum.
A native of Chesterfield, S.C., she was a graduate of Anson County Hospital School of Nursing and a retired employee of Wesley Long Community Hospital.
Surviving are husband, James T. Lyon Sr.; sons, James T. Lyon Jr. of Tulsa, Okla., Ronald W. Lyon of Greensboro; daughters, Mrs. Margaret L. Phillips, Mrs. Sandra L. Stafford, both of Greensboro; 14 grandchildren.
The family will be at Hanes-Lineberry Vanstory Street Funeral Home 7-9 p.m. today, other times at the residence of Ronald Lyon, 914 Cocoa Drive.
