Born in Wabash County, Indiana, Mr. Baker married the former Mabel Smith. He had been secretary-treasurer of Caswell-Runyan Co. and vice president of Huntington First National Bank, until his retirement.
In addition to the widow, he was survived by two daughters (Mrs. Robert W. Bishop of Davenport, Iowa, and Mrs. Warren Biegelow of Toledo, Ohio), two grandchildren, a brother and two sisters.
