Wilma Pauline Pezzeti, 89, a resident of The Dalles, died at a local care center Feb. 12, 2008.
She was born March 14, 1918, in Knoxville, Iowa, to Fern and Paul Hegwood. She was always known as Pauline, never Wilma.
She met and married John F. Pezzeti and together with their three children moved to The Dalles in 1945, where she lived for 63 years.
She is survived by three children, Mary Carter and husband Jerry, Carson; John E. Pezzeti and wife Nancy, The Dalles; and Linda Casney and husband Allard, Spokane. Other survivors include a sister, Grace McKeag, Malcolm, Iowa; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and three nieces.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother, one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
Private crematon was at The Dalles Win-Quatt Crematory, with Spencer, Libby and Powell in charge of arrangements. Interment was at Odd Fellows Cemetery.
