JOHN F. TURNER, 64, died Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Memphis after a short illness.
He was born June 11, 1946 in Panama City, Florida and was a car salesman for many years.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Joyce Turner of Bartlett, TN; two daughters, Julie (Johny) Kolwyck of Cordova, TN; Jennifer (Ben) Carpenter of Oakland, TN; his mother, Bernice Turner of Memphis, TN; three brothers, Larry Turner of Florida, Danny Turner of Blytheville, AR; and Robby Turner of Nashville, TN; one sister, Marie Turner of Missouri; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Doyle Turner, and sister, Jill Winemmiller.
Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. Friday, February 11 and funeral service at 2 p.m., both at Family Funeral Care. Burial will follow in Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens Cemetery on Germantown Road.
