John William (Bud) Bell John William (Bud) Bell, 82 of Mary Ann Forge Farm, Bcllwood died at 3:04 p.m., Tuesday, March 9, 1993 at his home, following an extended illness. He was bom February 3, 1911, in Mary Ann Forge, the son of William Shomo and Christine Mundorff Dell. He is survived by two sisters: Sarah E. Belt, with whom he resided, and Bertha Bell McCloskey of Bellwood. Also surviving are three nieces and one nephew: Sarah Helen McCloskey, Mary Ann Forge; Hilda Young and Charles W. McCloskey Jr. of Bellwood; and M. Judith Bell of Pittsburgh. Also surviving arc grandnieces: Heidi, Heather and Holly Young, Justine McCloskey. Grandnephews: Ryan and Russell McCloskey, all of Bcllwood. He was preceded in death by a brother, Samuel Hunter Bell. He was a member of the Logan Valley Presbyterian Church , Bcllwood. He was also a member of the Board of Directors, of the Logan Valley Cemetery Association of Bellwood and the Bellwood Fraternal Order of Eagles. He was a 1929 graduate of Antis Township High School. Bud was a lifelong farmer. Funeral services for John William (Bud) Bell will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 11, 1993, at the Jon C. Russin Funeral Home, Bell-wood. The Rev. James Hanly will officiate the service. Interment will take place at Logan Valley Cemet-ery, Bcllwood. Friends will be received from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday, March 10, 1993 at the Jon C. Russin Funeral Home, Bellwood. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Logan Valley Presbyterian Church or the Bellwood-Antis Public Library.
