She was born Dec. 1, 1929, in Gustine, but lived most of her life in Castroville and Salinas. Georgia was a devoted Catholic who loved attending bingo with her husband and friends, watching the Game Show Network and playing black jack.
Survivors: Husband of 56 years, Augustine "Gus" Giannotti; son, Bill (Kim) Giannotti, son-in-law, Rod Cabotage; nephew, James De Rosa; seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Julie Cabotage, and sister, Violet De Rosa.
Visitation: From 2 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 10, at Whitehurst-Muller Funeral Home, 41 E. Alisal St., Salinas.
Rosary: 7 p.m. Thursday, July 10, at Whitehurst-Muller.
Mass: 10 a.m. Friday, July 11, at Madonna del Sasso Catholic Church, 320 E. Laurel Drive, Salinas; with Father James Henry officiating.
Interment: Queen of Heavens Cemetery, 18200 Damian Way, Salinas.
