Funeral Arranged For Mrs. Choate

The funeral for Mrs. Zelma Gay Choate, 39, Southwick, bookkeeper for the Lewiston Grain Growers, Inc. at Lewiston, who was killed Monday in a traffic accident, will be held Monday at 10 at Brower-Wann Chapel.

Officiating will be the Rev. Keith Himple of the American Sunday School Union, Lewiston.

Burial will be at Lewis-Clark Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Choate was born Dec. 25, 1923, at Teakean and had lived there unitl 1941. For three years she had lived at Headquarters. Since 1944, Southwick had been her home.

She was married to Gordon Choate May 19, 1941, at Lewiston.
She was a member of the Evergreen Grange, American Sunday School Union at Teakean and the Sit & Sew Club.

Surviving, besides her husband, are four sons, Garold, in the Air Force, and Douglas, Donald and Ronald of Southwick; her mother, Mrs. Myrtle Powell, Lenore; two sisters, Mrs. Opal Van Airsdale, Stockton, Calif., and Mrs. Crystal Baysinger, Pinehurst; her grandmother, Mrs. Jenny B. Brown, Orofino, and one grandchild.
