Wanda Joy Lockhart, 74, of Huntington, wife of G.W. Lockhart, passed away Wednesday January 7, 2009 at St. Mary's Medical Center. Wanda was born May 13, 1934 in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of the late Walter and Jencie Adkins Keesee.

She was a member of Green Valley Bible Baptist Church, and was retired from Cabell Huntington Hospital.

In addition to her husband survivors include
two daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Jim Chapman of Huntington, and Beverly and Fred McDonald of Bridgeport, WV;
a son and daughter-in-law, Roger D. and Lois A. Lockhart of Huntington;
a sister and brother-in-law, Addie and Merrill Cooper of Flatwoods, KY;
a brother, Carroll Keesee of Huntington;
two grandchildren, Jeffrey Lockhart and his wife, Aurelia, and Lindsay D. Smith and Carey Smith, all of Huntington;
a great grandchild, Ian Ward of Huntington.

Funeral service was at Chapman's Mortuary with Pastor Danny Young officiating. Burial in Bowen Cemetery.
