Donald "Don" E. Erickson, 87, widow of the late Irene Erickson, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2011. He was born March 5, 1924, in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Edith Petersen Erickson and Albin Erickson.
Mr. Erickson was a U.S. Navy veteran of WW II. He also loved to play golf, read, and was an avid gin player.
"Don" is survived by his daughter, Lori (Ken) Cullum of Columbia; sons, Mark (Karen) Erickson of Missouri, and Dave (Cathy) Erickson of Georgia; sister, Joan Stewart of Michigan; grandchildren, Adam Erickson, Matthew Longman, Lindsay Erickson, Christy Peterson, Chelsea Erickson and Amy Erickson; great-grandchildren, Annabelle and Katherine Longman; and sister-in-law, Rita Erickson.
