Billie Hardin Duncan, 77, of San Diego died Oct. 12. He was born in Athensville, Ill. Mr. Duncan was retired after working as an electronics engineer. He served in the Navy during World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War, and belonged to Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 731 and the Fleet Reserve.
Survivors include his daughters, Roseanna James of Spokane, Wash., Teresa Campbell of Bayfield, Colo., and Natasha Decker of El Cajon; brother, Russell Duncan of Reno, Nev.; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services: 11 a.m. Monday, Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, Point Loma.
Arrangements: Caring Cremation Services.
