Tifton - Mrs. Linda Joyce Frazier Blass, 68, of TyTy died Friday, September 12, 2008 at the Golden Living Center in Tifton.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. in the First Baptist Church of Ty Ty with the Rev. C Hall officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Born on September 24, 1939 in Worth County to the late Avery J. "Bud" Frazier, Sr. and Christine Payne Frazier of Ty Ty, Mrs. Blass was a hairdresser and retired as a school bus driver for the Tift County Board of Education. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death, by her husband, Ronald Blass, her brother, Avery J. Frazier, Jr. and a nephew, Avery J. Frazier, III. Linda was an avid gardener who loved nature, cooking, and traveling, especially to the beach and the mountains. She collected raccoon figurines and ornaments. She also enjoyed feeding her birds and provided neighborly service to her family and friends....
