NOTE: Jonathan's gravestone and footstone were found on the Monin Farm near Glendale, KY, just off Gilead Church Rd. (Perhaps that's how they chose the name of one of their daughters.) The stones are in my possession. I contacted the manager of the Elizabethtown City Cemetery to see if they would like the stones to be placed there, near his wife Amelia's. I did not hear back from them.
