Cliffside, NC - Norris Phillips died Tuesday, Feb. 11, 1992 in Rutherford Hospital. Native of Rutherford County, NC and son of the late Boyce and Alma Addington Phillips. Manager of Key Largo Convenience Store in Henrietta, NC. Survivors included: one brother, Orban Phillips of Gaffney, SC; and one sister, Mrs. Shirley Phillips Greene, of Drayton, SC.
