Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Hooker Cemetery in Hooker, Okla. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2820 Virginia Circle.
Mr. Mouser had been a diesel mechanic. He was a veteran of the Navy during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Lorene; a daughter, Linda Armstrong of Canyon; two brothers, C.J. Mouser of Hooker and Harlon Mouser of Wichita, Kan.; a sister, Letha Mae Davis of Guymon; a granddaughter, Tammi Armstrong of Canyon; and two great-grandsons, Kyler Frey and Triston Frey.
