Holly Leigh Collins, 27, passed away Sept. 8, 2011, as a result of an automobile accident. Holly was born May 9, 1984, in Fort Wayne, Ind.
She was a graduate of Homestead High School, Class of 2002, and Indiana University, Class of 2007.
She was employed at the Serendipity in Bloomington.
Holly loved friends and family, and was an inspiration to all through her wonderful personality and artistic talents.
Survivors include her parents, Randy and Candy Collins of Fort Wayne; her sister, Ashly Collins of Fort Wayne; her boyfriend, Scott Clements, and his daughter, Bailey, of Bloomington; Holly's grandparents, Geneva and Allan Boone of Anderson; aunts, uncles and several cousins.
Services are at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2011, at Zanesville United Methodist Church, 11811 N. Wayne St., Zanesville, IN 46799. Visitation will be from noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
