Robert "Bob" A. Jackson, 91, died Monday, June 7, 2010, in Woodward. Services were at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Myatt Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Ralph Adcock officiating. Burial will be in Gyp Valley (Evergreen) Cemetery.
Mr. Jackson was born Dec. 21, 1918, on the family farm southwest of Buffalo to Andrew Paul and Hettie V. Mayfield Jackson. He married Wilma "Jane" L. Buss on Dec. 21, 1943 in Buffalo.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Robert L. Jackson of Woodward; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Gyp Valley Cemetery Association, in care of the funeral home, P.O. Box 749, Buffalo, OK 73834.
