Dr. D.S. Lanier ruled death as Drowning due to jumping off bridge into the Missouri River in Summit Township. Contribulatory: Multible Sclerosis and Deep Depression. Informant was Mrs. Doyle Brooks.
Doyle was born in Callaway County on March 1, 1906, the son of Homer B. and Ida Mae (Garrett) Brooks. He was married to Annie B. Brooks, who of the home. Doyle worked at the International Shoe Company.
Arrangements were under the direction of Wallace Funeral Home. Burial was held in Callaway Memorial Gardens.
