Mrs. Wilhelmina Abitz, 91, died yesterday afternoon at 12:20 o'clock at the home of her son, Otto J. Abitz, 1014 S. Seventh Avenue, with whom she made her home. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at the Helke funeral home, with the Rev. H. C. Stahmer, pastor of Wesley Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove cemetery. The body is at the funeral home.
Wilhelmina Reasa was born May 14, 1852, in Germany and came to America in 1867, locating here 62 years ago. She was married December 24, 1874, in Monroe to Christian Abitz, who died May 28, 1927. Surviving are three sons, William Abitz, 407 West street, Fred Abitz, town of Rib Mountain, and Otto Abitz; a daughter, Mrs. R. W. Burger, Waukesha; 14 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. Otto Abitz is a captain in the fire department.
