BRITTON - G. Allen Adner, 66 years old, died suddenly at 6 p.m. Monday at his farm home five miles northeast of Britton where he had lived for the last 31 years. Mr. Adner was born April 7, 1892, at Winchester, Ky., and came to the vicinity of Britton 41 years ago.
He was a member of the Assembly of God church at Dundee.
Mr. Adner is survived by his widow, Maggie Lee; two sons, Forrest of Tecumseh and John of Blissfield; one daughter, Mrs. Christine Meads of Tecumseh; nine grandchildren and on step-brother, Leamon Wilson of Winchester. He was preceded in death by a sister, Mrs. Lottie Rainey.
The funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Niblack Funeral Home with the burial in the Ridgeway cemetery. The Rev. David Crist and the Rev. William Spencer will officiate.
