Revolutionary War Captain. Service: Justice of the Peace, Captain in the North Carolina Militia.

He was the son of Joseph Neville and Ann Bohannon. He married Winifred Oldham about 1758 in Fauquier County, Virginia. He died sometime after 1813.

Children: Jesse, Mary, Yelvaton, William, Charlotte, Frances, Joseph, Malinda "Milly", John, Joyce, Lettice and Winifred.
