Although her gravestone shows her first Initial as A. The 1900 census clearly lists her first name as Icy and middle name as Ola. As odd as the name is, Icy, or sometimes spelled Icey, was actually common during this time.

Note it was also not uncommon for some folks to have an additional name so she may have had an actual first name which is now lost to history for the present.
