Alexander Wilson and Jane McKean were married November 1756 and resided in Windham, Rockingham county, New Hampshire.
Alexander settled in Windham, NH where he erected its first sawmill. He was a selectman from 1781 through 1784. Around 1796 he sold his sawmill to Samuel Senter and removed to Francestown and lived out the remainder of his life.
