NEW LONDON-- Amelia Louise Barry, 84, New London, formerly of Burlington, died at 2:45 a.m. Saturday September 15, at the New London Care Center.
She was born March 12, 1900, at Burlington, to Richard and Tillie Anderson Mason. She married Leo R. Barry July 12, 1926, at West Burlington.
She was a member of the Royal Neighbors.
Surviving: Two sons, Melvin Barry, New London, and Laverne Peterson, Burlington; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Services: 11 a.m. Monday, at St. Alphonsus Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant, the Rev. Herbert Gould. A memorial for the New London Care Center has been established.
