Mrs. Clara Mullinex Passed Away Sunday
Mrs. Clara Mae Mullenix, 79, died Sunday morning at 1:29 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Rosson, 708 East Eighth in Coffeyville, after an illness of several months which became serious the last seven weeks.
Mrs. Mullinex was born at Butler, Mo., May 21, 1866. She has been a reesident of this vicinity 58 years. Her home was at Edna.
Survivors are five sons, W.H. Acridge, 707 1/2 East Eighth, George of Kingman, Jim of Grand Pass, Ore., Chris of Edna and Ralph of Tucson, Ariz.; four daughters, Mrs. Bell Rexwinkle of Edna, Mrs. Dot Hay of Regina, Canada, Mrs. Pearl Tovey, 110 East Second, and Mrs. Dorothy Rosson, in whose home she died; 35 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted by the Rev. C.A. Asher in the Assembly of God church at Coffeyville. Rev. D.M. Fruits of the local Baptist Church will assist.
