He is survived by his wife of 66 years Edna Bryant Jackson of Alexander City; son, James Jackson and wife, Sharon, of Alpine; daughters, Ginny Ashworth of Alexander City and Janey Oliver and husband, Gary, of Birmingham; 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
He was a Mason for many years.
