Mrs. Fannie Bouwkamp, 88, who made her home with a daughter, Mrs. Walter T. Vanderkeed, 139 S. 26th St., died at 8:45 p.m. Monday in Home Hospital. She had been ill and in the hospital since April 26. She was born in The Netherlands and came to the United States and Tippecanoe County at age 2. She was married in 1899 in Lafayette to Herman Bouwkamp, who died in 1954. Her husband was a farmer in the Wea Plains near Shadeland and later in the Montmorenci area. She was a life member of the Christian Reformed Church. Surviving with the daughter are three sons, George of Crystal Falls, Mich., Martin of Darlington and Raymond of Osawatomie, Kan., and four sisters, Mrs. Flora Keizer and Mrs. Martha DeVelder. both of Corsica, S.D., Mrs. Louis Van-Wieren of Munster and Mrs. George Plantenga of Lafayette.
