Eva E. Holzer, 80, 1813 N. Eighth St., died Aug. 11, 1994, in a Bismarck hospital. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Church of Corpus Christi, with the Rev. Steve Zastoupil officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 1 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Gerhardt-Schreiner-Ladbury Funeral Home, Bismarck, where a wake and prayer service will begin at 7 p.m. Sunday, followed by a rosary.

Eva was born July 10, 1914 at Timmer, the daughter of Frank P. and Regina (Schwartz) Ressler. She was raised and educated at Solen. Eva married Anton ""Tony'' H. Holzer, Oct. 15, 1935 at Solen. They farmed north of Fort Yates until 1937 when they moved to Mandan. In 1939 they moved to Bismarck.

She enjoyed gardening and embroidering. Eva lived at the Kensington Cottages for the last eight months.

She is survived by her husband; one daughter and son-in-law, Victoria and Arlie Reiswig, Bismarck; three sons and daughters-in-law, Gene and Sandra, St. Paul, Minn., Bill and Terri, Bismarck, and David and Dianne, Minneapolis; three sisters, Rose Heinert and Mathilda Constantini, both of Bismarck, and Eleanor Stumph, Minot; and her twin brother, Adam Ressler, Shingle Springs, Calif.; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters; and one brother.
