She was born May 25, 1935 in Neola to Henry LaGrand "Bill" and Zora McCormick Gardner.
Rayma owned and operated a number of jewelry stores in Utah and surrounding states for a number of years.
She had a good sense about business and understood the financial book work and figures to be successful. She enjoyed growing a vegetable and flower garden, camping, and hunting with family, going to yard sales and loved antiques, and collecting them.
Rayma is survived by two sons and a daughter, Steven Allen Sprouse, Shelly (Larry) Massey, both of Vernal; and Jon (Felicia) Gardner, Hurricane; 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; brother, Howard (JaNeil) Gardner, Vernal; and sister, Marjorie Harrison, Orem.
Funeral services were held Sept. 2, at the Ashley Stake Center. Burial in the Vernal Memorial Park under direction of the Hullinger Mortuary.
