Television Director. After graduating from Brooklyn College, he studied acting at the Neighborhood Playhouse, following experience as a performer in the Catskills. Dubin began an association with the Broadway stage as he would have acting parts in the productions "Hollywood Pinafore" (1945), followed by "The Secret Room" (1945) and "Christopher Blake" (1946 to 1947). He launched his lengthy career in television during the early, initially as an associate director, advancing to director with episodes from the live programs "Pulitzer Prize Playhouse" and "Omnibus". During the course of his career, he amassed more than one-hundred credits as he directed multiple episodes from such popular programs as "The Defenders", "Ironside", "Hawaii Five-O", "Kojak", "M*A*S*H*" and "Father Dowling Mysteries". Dubin shared a Daytime Emmy Award for the series "Square One TV" in 1990 and received three Emmy Award nominations for "M*A*S*H*" (1979, 1980 and 1982). He died from natural causes.
