She was the daughter of Judge Walter Dorsey and Hopewell Hebb Dorsey.
On May 4, 1819 as Anna Maria Dorsey, she married Francis H. Davidge at Baltimore County, Maryland.
They were the parents of William Davidge, Walter Dorsey Davidge, Joanna Stewart Davidge, Robert Cunningham Davidge and Frank Davidge.
