KIMBERLY SUE ROWE of Ashton, W.Va., left us much too early on Sept. 2, 2011. She was a kind and gentle soul who loved her family and took pride in being a mother. Kim was an animal lover who cared for all kinds of animals during health and sickness. She was a former resident of St. Augustine, Fla. Born on April 16, 1969, to Charles and Mitzi Sue Sargent Spangler, she was the eldest of four children.
Preceeding her in death, are
paternal grandparents, Howard and Ruby Spangler;
maternal grandparents, Porter and Hermie Sargent;
an uncle, Rocky Spangler.
She will be greatly missed by
her husband, Irvin Samuel Rowe; and the love of her life, Casey Dalton Rowe.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by
a brother and sister-in-law, Jamie and Carrie Spangler of Lesage;
sister, Jessica Giroux;
brother, Cody Spangler, both of Ashton;
step-daughter and son-in-law, Tiffanie and Justin Robertson of Barboursville, and their daughter Aliera; brothers-in-law, Herb and David Rowe of Huntington;
sister-in-law, Marie Lewis and her husband Jerry of Milton;
mother-in-law, Ruth Rowe of Huntington.
