A. D. Dabney Dies Suddenly in South
Mrs. W. J. A. Baker Saturday received a telegram announcing the sudden death of her brother, Arthur D. Dabney, aged 38, at his home in Los Angeles. Mr. Dabney, formerly associated with his father, the late O. P. Dabney, in the mercantile business here, was a bachelor. He moved to Los Angeles about five years ago.
While Mrs. Baker has received no definite information as to funeral arrangements, her brother will be buried at Los Angeles. Mr. Dabney's mother, Mrs. Inez H. Dabney, of Los Angeles, and the following other sisters and brother survive: Mrs. A. L. Thomas, of Newport; Major Harold Dabney, of San Antonio, Tex., and Walter E. and Joseph Dabney, of Los Angeles.
