Ivy was born in Monroe County, September 9, 1933, a daughter to the late William Jasper England, and Chaney (Crowe) England.
She married Earl "Bill" Vibbert who also preceded her in death. She was of the Pentacoastal Faith.
She is survived by
Two sons, William Vibbert, Tompkinsville, and Raymond Vibbert , Breeding, KY.;
Two daughters, Cathy Farlee, Marrowbone, KY., Sheila Bryant, Tompkinsville;
Ten Grandchildren, 25 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation Tuesday Sept. 6th, 3:00 - 9:00 P.M. and Wednesday Sept. 7th, 6:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.

Funeral Services Wednesday, September 7th, 1:00 P.M. with Bro. Tim White officiating.
Interment at the Old Mt. Herman Cemetery.
