WALTON — Mrs. Mary Estell Kitchel, 82, of Walton, widow ol Dr. Jacob Kitchel, died at 0:22 p.m. Friday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Max Earl, 2210 S. Wabash, Kokomo.
Born July 20, 1880, in Young America, she was the daughter of Dr. William and Adda Hewitt Lybrook. Her marriage was on June 15, 1902. Her husband died in August, 1931.
She was a member of the Galveston Methodist church, DAR and the Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Max Earl; Miss Julia Kitchel, Muncie and Mrs. E. E. McAnelly, Des Moines, Iowa; •three sons, John, Grand Haven, Mich.; Fred, Portage, Ind. and Frank, Marlinsville, Va.; a brother, Dr. Ed Lybrook, 'Young America; 18 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Fenn funeral home in Kokomo. Burial will be in Hopewell cemetery at Deer Creek. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. today.
