Bernard Joseph Welte, 93, of Richwood, died at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the home of a daughter. He was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, Walton. His wife, Minnie M. Welte, died in 1965. Survivors include a son, John C. Welte of Richwood; daughters, Katherine Welte Cline of Cincinnati and Judy Welte Bonar of Augusta; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian burial will be 11:30 a.m. Monday at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Augusta. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Moore and Parker Funeral Home, Augusta.
