Mary L. Addison, 91, a Gary resident. She departed this life on Friday, August 26, 2011. She was a member of Love Feast where she was on the Mother's Board. Mary was a former employee of U.S. Steel and she retired from Gary Neighborhood Services. Preceded in death parents Henry and Olivia Addison 2 brothers Arthur and Aaron Addison, 2 sister Beulah and Louise and 1 nephew, 1 great-niece, son-law and 1 step-daughter. She leaves to cherish her memory Daughter Estella Smith; Granddaughter Tijuana Addison, Grandsons Jason Young Sr., William Young Jr. and Samuel Burt; god daughter Danita Clonts: Close friend Ruth Walker and host of nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation Saturday September 3, 2011 from 9 -11am with funeral services to follow at 11:00am both at the Guy & Allen Chapel 2959 West 11th Avenue. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery.
