Dianne Lashun "Lady Di" Boxley-Starks,
Di was born on February 19, 1966 in Gary Indiana to Geraldine Boxley and Victor Fointno.
Lady Di graduated from West Side High School class of 1984. Dianne worked for Gary housing Authority since 1993 and became disabled in 2009 due to health problems. Lady Di passed away quietly at the age of 45 Tuesday evening August 24, 2011 at St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart Indiana.
Dianne was proceeded in death by her Stepfather and Mother Kenneth and Geraldine Boxley-Gardfrey, Grandparents Charlie Boxley and Blanche Boxley-Travis,and Ralph and Milldred Brown, father-in-law Ronald Starks Sr.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories to her husband Ronald Starks Jr., 1 girl, 8 boys, 14 nieces, 7 nephews, 4 sisters ,4 brothers and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitations services will be on Friday September 2, 2011 from 12-8 with family hours 6-8 at Guy & Allen Funeral Home 2959 W 11th Ave. Gary IN, and Celebration Services will be on Saturday September 3, 2011 at 11am at Mt. Horeb M.T. Church 456 Hamlin Street Gary, IN. 46406 with Rev. Nathaniel Bonds Officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
