MAHONEY Frances Morrison Elliott Mahoney having completed her earthly journey on Tuesday, December 7, 2010, has gone home to dwell in the house of the Lord forever. She was a true woman of faith and remained a dedicated servant to her Lord and Savior, and was a longtime communicant of All Souls Anglican Church. Mrs. Mahoney is preceded in death by her parents and brothers. She is survived by her daughter Penelope Elliott Burney and her husband Bob; grandchildren Edgar Everette Burney and Michele Noel Burney Washington; great-granddaughter Alexandra Burney and her mother Kellie Burney; Aunt May Bell; several nieces, nephews, cousins; dear friend and helpmate Vivian Chisholm and loving, caring neighbors. The family expresses heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the many persons assisting in her care and comfort at Earl B. Hadlow Center for Caring. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at All Souls Anglican Church, 4042 Hartley Rd., Jacksonville, Florida 32257. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery.
