ELLSINORE - Thelma Edith Norman, 94, of Ellsinore died Monday, April 16, 2001, in Poplar Bluff.
Mrs. Norman was born Dec. 15, 1906, in Ellsinore, where she had resided for the past several years. She resided in Collinsville, Ill., for 44 years, was affiliated with the General Baptist faith and was a homemaker.
On Dec. 17, 1921, she married Clyde Ottis Norman in Ellsinore. He preceded her in death July 18, 1977.
Survivors include one son, Alvin "Bud" Norman of Ellsinore; one daughter, Norma Hampton of Apache Junction, Ariz.; three half brothers, Audrey Raymer of West Helena, Ark., Emmett "Dick" Raymer of Humansville and Willis "Dodge" Raymer of St. Louis; 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren
Visitation will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the McSpadden Funeral Home Chapel in Ellsinore. The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral chapel. Burial will be in the White Mill Cemetery in Ellsinore.
