LAURA C. LAUGHLIN, of 110 S. Lloyd St., died at 6:15 a.m. today, Jan. 15, 1973, in Altoona Hospital, where she was admitted yesterday, after a brief illness.

She was born Sept. 26, 1902, in Waterside, a daughter of William and Clara (Ober) Croft, and was married to Raymond J. Laughlin on July 12, 1922, in the Third Presbyterian Church, Altoona, by the Rev. A. J. Rudasill.
Mr. Laughlin died July 1, 1970.

Surviving are eight children, Robert H., Donald G., Mrs. Dona J. Gildea, Mrs. Lorraine Snyder, John I. and Mrs. June Smith of Altoona, Edward R. of Lakemont, and David R. of New Enterprise; 32 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and five brothers and sisters, James of Osterburg, Carl of Akron, Ohio, Mrs. Ella Gressler of Newark, Del., Mrs. Virginia Aucker of Baltimore, Md., and Mrs. Marian Heim of San Diego, Calif.

Mrs. Laughlin was a life long member of the Bethany Lutheran Chruch and a member of the Daughters of Luther Sunday School Class. Friends will be received in the Carn Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow and Wednesday.
