George Washington Strausbaugh Jr., 93, of Louisville, died Monday at the Masonic Home of Kentucky, Louisville. He was a retired driver for Yellow Cab, Cincinnati, and was a member of Brooksville Lodge No. 154 F&AM. His first wife, Mayme Lee Dixon Strausbaugh, died in 1973. His second wife, Nettie May Stewart Strausbaugh, died in 1992. Survivors include daughters, Evelyn J. Thompson of Jacksonville, Ill., Wanda J. Winters of Fairborn, Ohio, Peggie A. Hurles of Harrison, Ohio, and Bonnie Robinson of Aurora, Colo.; sons, George D. Strausbaugh of Cincinnati and Larry D. Strausbaugh of Fredericksburg, Va.; a sister, Ella Belle Riley of Florence; 18 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Moore and Parker Funeral Home, Brooksville. Visitation will begin there at 9:30 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery, Brooksville.
