Eileen Marie Bergman Galvin, age 86, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009. She was born April 22, 1923, in LaSalle, Ill., to Clara and Matthew Bergman. Eileen is survived by sons, Daniel of Madison, and Rodney (Sally) of Amery; daughter, Ann Marie (Joe) Montano of Surprise, Ariz.; granddaughter, Wendy (Bill) Rahn; grandson, Joe Montano III; stepgranddaughters, Jamie Sigsworth and Michelle (Bryan) Colden; and great-grandchildren, Curtis, David, Clinton, Amber, Taylor, Lucas, Austin, Jackson, Madison, Peyton and Paige. She was preceded in death by husband, Richard; daughter, Wanda; sons, Patrick and David; sisters, Dorothy Arnes, Wilhelmina Fogelberg and Janet Anderson; brothers, Dale Bergman and Hubert Bergman; and granddaughter, Christina Ginsterblum. A graveside service will be held at COTTAGE GROVE CEMETERY, County Road BB, Cottage Grove, at noon on Friday, Dec. 18, 2009.
