Theos Grove, chiropractor active in socialist party.
Theos Grove, D.C., a chiropractor, died Tuesday at St. Joseph Hospital East in Mt. Clemens. He was 78.
Dr. Grove, a Utica resident, was born in Foreman, N.D. He graduated from Palmer School of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, in 1924 and had a private practice in Utica since 1938. He had been an active member of the Socialist Labor Party since 1932.
Survivors include his wife, Marie Jane; two daughters, Gloria Olman and Jane Petrocella; five grandchildren; two brothers, and a sister. Services will be private.
