Benjamin F. D. Raub was the son of Samuel & Mary Ann (Dimmig) Raub. He was baptized 1/25/1868 in Riegelsville, PA. He was the husband of Mary Elizabeth Steltz (1864-1912), daughter of Peter H. and Mary E. (German) Steltz.

Ben & Mary were married 7/1/1890. They had 4 children:

Samuel Henry S. (another source says Henry Samuel) Laub (1891-1918)
Mary German Laub (1894-1981)
Anna E. Laub (1898-19300
Benjamin Dimmick Raub (1900-1945)

They all resided in Allentown, PA. Benjamin (the father) was a machinist and Mary was an English teacher in the Allentown HS. Bio by Gloria Spengler Hartzell and Peggy Spengler Moser.
