Married to Sophie Krugoman per Ketuba ~ 1895 in Odessa, Russia now the Ukraine.

Came to America via Ellis Island, NY in 15 Aug 1900 from Havre. Lived in Brooklyn for 7 years. Removed to bring family back to Brooklyn, NY. Family here by 1914, his children applied for citizenship in 1914. He applied prior to 1907 and received it Oct 20, 1905.

Children: Jacob "Jack" (5 April 1894 in Boisk, Russia)-16 July 1953 in Los Angeles, Calif), Israel or "Irving" or Schloime (28 Jan 1896-28 Mar 1953), and Chana or Hannah or "Anna" Finkel Horowitz (25 May 1899 Turkey or Jerusalem - 4 Oct 1969 in Los Angeles).

Death certificate lists parents as Hillah, Finkler was crossed out, written in is "Finkel" from Russia and mother's maiden name listed as "Rifker" from Russia (first name is Sara)..

Occupation Taylor and Sexton. Wife and children worked in clothes factories in Manhatten. Abraham did the "accounts " for a local synagogue probably United Hebrew Committee, he received a letter from the famed United Hebrew Community of NY's first Rabbi, G. Wolf Margolis (burial society since 1901-present).

Burial per death certificate states Beth David cemetery in Elmont, NY.
