Navy Captain. He graduated from the Marine Corps, officer of class scuba diving. Russian-Japanese participant, the First World War and the Russian Civil War. Evacuated to Constantinople. Member of the Union naval officers. In exile in France, Paris. He worked as a taxi driver. A member of the wardroom, and in 1932 moved to the Marine collection. Member of the Bureau of Naval Historical Circle, spoke at its meetings, presentations and memories (1929). In 1954 he published the newspaper "Russian News", where he wrote an article on the Russian-Japanese war.
