After receiving Mavvy Vasquez's suggested edit I did a bit of research on James P. Weiser (who is my first cousin twice removed). Besides the two records below I also found his death certificate and 1940 PA census record. He is James P. Weiser on both of them. I have found seven records on his father, James P. Weiser, Sr. He also is referred to as James P. Weiser. So the mystery remains as to James P. Weiser, Jr.'s middle name. Since I do not know the answer I have not added a middle name for him on this memorial.
